Travel bug bit me at a very young age. All thanks to my father who is an avid traveler. I developed this passion from him , when anyone asks me why I travel a lot , I proudly say that its in my genes. Like every kid I used to wait for summer holidays. Because that was the time when my father would plan a month full of vacation to mostly to the northern part of India.

Traveling now is easier when compared to 90’s and 2000. One smart phone in our hands is enough to plan everything. But in those days everything was done manually. I used to be with my parents from planning the itinerary, budgeting, things to buy, things to pack , food to parcel etc. Wow that’s so much fun, right? After holidays when we meet in our school, everyone used to share stories of how they enjoyed their time with cousins and family whereas I used to listen to their stories and just smile. I made memories, many memories and most of them cant be expressed in words.

I travel to understand culture and heritage of our country. From snow-capped mountains, beaches to beautiful landscapes I adore everything. Every place , every person has a story to tell , I love listening to them. Sometimes some experiences give us strength and sometimes they make us realize how equipped we are. Trying different cuisines is another favorite reason to travel. Am a solo traveler , I sometimes travel with family and friends. To put in simple words , you ask me “Shall we go on a vacation “ you will find me with my backpack.

Every journey changes me , it leaves a beautiful mark on my heart and consciousness. It only makes me a better person than I was. So, beautiful people am here to carry my father’s legacy and find him wherever I travel.

Why Chalo Ghoomein

The reason behind Chalo Ghoomein is to make everyone travel under budget. Most of us have be of the opinion that ‘ Traveling is costly’. Yes and No. You can travel in luxury spending 1 lac to as minimal as spending 5k. Yes you heard me right. I just want to put the above said statement in action and here I am. The other reason being ‘Girls should not /cannot travel alone’. I was shocked to hear this in most touristy places, and when I said am traveling alone , people tried to give me so much knowledge on how scary it is to travel alone in India being a women. I patiently heard everyone because they might have heard or experienced such situations so I don’t say they are completely wrong. But with little research and presence of mind any gender can travel solo and that is my opinion. So I want girls/women to come out of their comfort zones and travel, Chalo Ghoomein is for everyone

I will take you to beautiful places and help you make memories that lasts for a life time that too within budget.
